and agreements for purchases made through the website are
with TechIT Europe LTD.
TechIT Europe LTD reserves
the right to cancel any sale or not supply products under
reasonable circumstances and may change or discontinue the
availability of products at its sole discretion. This does
not affect your Statutory Rights.
Pricing
Policy
All prices are in Pounds Sterling
Whilst every effort is made
to ensure accuracy of prices and details on the site
mistakes can sometimes occur.
In the event of an error in
price or description:
1. We will inform you as soon
as possible using the contact details you supply us with.
2. We will give you the option of canceling your order - in
the event that we do not receive a reply from you within
24hrs we will treat the order as cancelled.
3. Any payment made to TechIT Europe LTD relating to the
cancellation of an order in the above circumstances will be
refunded in full.
Order
Acceptance and Availability
Your order for any product or
service offered on this site confirms your complete
agreement, understanding and acceptance that you will buy it
for the price stated, subject to all terms and conditions as
set out by TechIT Europe LTD.
When you place an order with TechIT
Europe LTD you will be sent an automatic email to confirm
receipt and details of that order. Although we send you an
automatic order email it does not confirm to you that we
will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent you the
automatic order email we will then process your order and
contact you with an order acceptance email. If the product/s
is/are available and the details of the order are correct,
this email will be deemed an acceptance of your order by
TechIT Europe LTD.
If part or all of your order
is not available we will let you know by email giving you
the option to amend or cancel your order. Any payment made
to TechIT Europe LTD relating to the cancellation of an
order (or part of an order) in the above circumstances will
be refunded.
In other words, whilst every
effort is made to ensure that Parts4Apple.co.uk and
apple.techiteurope.com is current and up to date and that
our suppliers do not let us down we cannot guarantee the
availability of a particular product. All products are
available whilst stocks last on a first come first served
basis and if a product that you have ordered is not
available we will let you know as soon as is reasonably
possible. You can then choose to cancel or amend that order
and we will refund or adjust any monies you have paid or are
due to pay.
All new orders are considered
separate and each new order is treated on an individual
basis.
Payment
All orders must be paid for
in full prior to despatch by TechIT Europe LTD.
We accept payment by Visa,
MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Personal
Cheque and Postal Order.
Credit and
Debit Cards
Secure Ordering System (SOS)
We process your order using
the Barclays Bank ePDQ Secure Payment System.
When you make a purchase on
Parts4apple.co.uk and pay online using your credit or debit
card you will be re-directed to the Barclays Bank secure
ePDQ server. Your card details are encrypted by Barclays in
order to securely process the payment and debit your
account.
TechIT Europe LTD do not
receive and do not have access to any of your personal card
details. Barclays will provide you with a confirmation
number once the payment has been authorised and inform us
whether or not the card processing has been successful. You
will be notified if your payment has failed.
Your credit card company may
also do security checks to confirm it is you making the
order.
All order details and
invoices will be sent directly to the credit card billing
address and not the delivery address where the delivery
address or named recipient differs.
Cheque or Postal Order
In the UK, you may pay by
cheque or postal order if you wish.
Please make Cheque's or
Postal Orders payable to TechIT Europe LTD and remember to
include any or all postage charges in the amount. Please
also enclose a covering letter detailing your order together
with your order number, cheque guarantee card number,
guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery
address.
Postal Orders are treated as
cash and as such any orders paid for in this way will be
dispatched within 1 – 2 working days of receipt of payment
subject to the prevailing terms and conditions on this site.
Payments made by cheque are
subject to a 5 – 7 day waiting period, from the date we
receive the cheque, to allow full clearance of funds prior
to despatch.
Delivery
TechIT Europe LTD will make
every effort to despatch your order within the time stated
below, however we rely on courier services and Royal Mail
for actual delivery and we cannot be held responsible for
any delays caused by them nor will we be liable for any loss
or disappointment caused to you by late delivery.
Most
orders placed and paid before midday (Monday-Friday) are
dispatched either on the same day or the next working day,
subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders
placed after this time are processed the following working
day. During busy holiday periods despatch can occasionally
take place 1 - 2 working days after your order is placed.
Orders delivered to UK
Mainland addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail or a secure
courier service. Please note these delivery times are quoted
by the carrier and not TechIT Europe LTD.
Courier Delivery
Orders sent using courier
services require a signature and should arrive the next
working day. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made
by courier after which time the package must be collected
from your nearest depot within 5 days otherwise it will be
returned to us.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Orders sent using Special
Delivery require a signature and should arrive the next
working day.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Orders sent using Royal Mail
1st Class Recorded Delivery require a signature and usually
arrive the next day, but please allow up to 5 working days
for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
Please make sure that
somebody is available to accept and sign for your parcel as
requests to deliver to an alternative address may incur an
additional charge from the carrier. From time to time we may
at our sole discretion arrange delivery of your order by
alternative methods.
Your delivery charge will
automatically be displayed when you proceed to checkout
before you submit and pay for your order. For details of

All
delivery prices specified on the site refer to delivery to
UK Mainland and Worldwide, please see Delivery Info for more
detailed information. For delivery to destinations within
the British Isles but outside UK Mainland you must email us

for details of the delivery charges prior to ordering. We
reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies
paid by you without prior agreement being reached in advance
with respect to the above terms.
Your order will be delivered
to the address you provide to us, therefore you must ensure
that all details are full and correct, including postcode
and house number. TechIT Europe LTD will not be held
responsible for any lost, undelivered or returned parcels
due to incorrect or incomplete details supplied by you. In
the event that you fail to sign for, accept or collect your
delivery and it is subsequently returned to us you will
be offered the option to:
1. Cancel your order and we
will refund all monies paid by you less ALL expenses
incurred by TechIT Europe LTD in attempting to deliver your
order.
2. Request
a re-delivery by reimbursing TechIT Europe LTD for any
expense incurred due to the return of your order PLUS the
actual cost of re-delivery.
Please make sure that you allow sufficient lead time when placing your order with us to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as TechIT Europe LTD cannot be held responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely
happy with the products that you buy from Parts4apple.co.uk
which is why we offer you a Satisfaction Guaranteed Returns
Policy.
You can return any items to
us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt for a
refund, exchange or replacement.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products
We aim to ensure that you are
entirely satisfied every time you place an order with TechIT
Europe LTD. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive
it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us
unused and undamaged, having taken reasonable care of it and
complete with product packaging, instructions and all
components within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund
of the purchase price.
Please make sure that you
test your product/s in a clean and safe environment as we
will not replace, exchange or refund damaged, dirty or
incomplete goods. This includes but is not limited to the
product packaging.
We will make the refund
directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original
order or by cheque, within 30 days or earlier once we have
inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has
been returned to us in the condition it was in when
delivered to you.
You are responsible for the
return postage and packaging of any unwanted products.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they
reach us.
We are unable to accept
returns of perishable goods.
Any item which includes software must be returned with the
software unopened.

Unwanted Products - High Value Products
In the case of high value
items in excess of £500.00 the usual money back guarantee is
limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost
of return within 7 days of receipt.

Faulty
Products
We aim to package and send
your order in such a way that you receive it in good
condition. However, if a product arrives damaged in transit,
or with manufacturing defects, or we sent you the wrong
item, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full
refund as appropriate provided that you return the item to
us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we
will also refund you the reasonable cost of the return
postage.
Please obtain a proof of
posting certificate and receipt to enable us to process the
refund for your return postage costs.
All goods returned as faulty
will be inspected and tested before any monies are refunded
to you. We will aim to do this in as soon as is practically
and reasonably possible. If the returned goods are found not
to be faulty you will then have the following options:
1. Cancel your order and we
will refund all monies paid by you less ALL expenses

2. Request a re-delivery by
paying for the cost of having the item re-packaged and

If you are returning goods
using our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy then we
strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service
for your protection as we cannot process refunds, exchanges
or replacements for items lost in transit. You will be

We will attend the process of
refund, exchange or replacement upon receipt of the returned
goods or as soon as is practically or reasonably possible.
